Pork tonight.
I do it in the oven slow for around an hour with stock and seasonings. I’ll serve with rice and veg. Then I thicken the stock to make a nice sauce for it:money::rotfl::T6 -
Youngest has come down with covid, so he didn’t fancy any dinner last night and slept for 14 hours! ☹️ Eldest and I had salmon, air fryer potato wedges and broccoli, DH had similar but with a sausage roll when he got home.
DH is out tonight so making pizza later which I’ll do with salad. Youngest is much, much chirpier today and is almost back to his cheeky, bossing-me-around self, which pleases me no end!Books read 2023 - 49/754 -
