We had chicken/sausages with mash, yorkies, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, and onion gravy. Very pleased as managed to juggle everything in the air fryer instead of putting the oven on!Books read 2023 - 49/753

@happydenial how easy is the air fryer to use? I've seen lots of people mention them vs using the ovenFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Red Thai curry with Quorn chicken, broccoli, carrot (YS) and onion, served with noodles.
We have an air fryer too, we love it! Basically use it instead of the oven and it's much quicker.4 -
There is a beef? with veg and gravy something or other (left over casserole??) in the freezer. Will defrost and have with mash.
Closer inspection it has potatoes in it so I'll call it stew and leave the mash for during the week.3 -
