We had chicken/sausages with mash, yorkies, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, and onion gravy. Very pleased as managed to juggle everything in the air fryer instead of putting the oven on!

Baked the last salmon fillet from the freezer which was had with some rather floppy tenderstem broccoli, courgette and some minted baby potatoes (veg all from Olio last week).

@happydenial how easy is the air fryer to use? I've seen lots of people mention them vs using the oven

I got mine about 6 weeks ago - it is the cheapest one in Argos (just two dials and no fancy digital readouts) as I wasn’t sure how much I would use it, but have used it practically every day! Anything you cook in the oven can be air fried, you just set the temperature/time and pop the food into the tray. No need for preheating and most things cook in about 2/3rds of the time it would take in the oven.

Red Thai curry with Quorn chicken, broccoli, carrot (YS) and onion, served with noodles.

We have an air fryer too, we love it! Basically use it instead of the oven and it's much quicker.

There is a beef? with veg and gravy something or other (left over casserole??) in the freezer. Will defrost and have with mash.
Closer inspection it has potatoes in it so I'll call it stew and leave the mash for during the week.
