Tonight I’m making Indian spiced koftas on a bed of roasted red onion, red pepper and tomato all baked in a Yorkshire pudding batter - a sort of Asian toad in the hole. It’s one of Nadiya’s recipes.4

got some sausage, beans and mash to finish from last night. also don't know if a friend is coming this evening. i might have the leftovers for lunch then make us pizza this evening it's a light meal but i can add hm wedges if they come or i can just have pizza.2

Burgers (YS veggie for me, YS beef for OH) in cheese topped rolls with curly fries.
Followed by toasted chocolate hot cross buns (YS) with clotted cream.4 -
