I had another slice of pie with veg from the freezer followed by an orange. I'm planning bottom of the fridge soup to go into my slow cooker tomorrow.

Made spag bog last night with YS mince from the freezer, some xmas carrots blitzed (I blitz and freeze and then add them to chilli and spag bog etc to bulk them out) and some red lentils. Also some LO red wine and some free shallots and a ton of free mushrooms from Olio. All in all pretty MSE (imagine spinning Martin head emoji)

I do fancy pancakes tonight but I cooked enough spag for about 10 people so not sure I can justify not eating it again tonight. Will see how I feel later.

I made this to use up the pointed cabbage in the fridge Spring cabbage with mustard seeds recipe | BBC Good Food and a use-it-up soup in my slow cooker.

Still have some mash, beans and sausages left. Going to turn it in to cowboy pie to reheat in the oven but is essentially same dinner as yesterday with cheese on top.

I made a large batch of bolognese yesterday. If I have the time and energy I'll turn some of it into a lasagne for tonight and tomorrow, otherwise it'll just be a spag bol!

Spag bol - just what I've eaten for the past two nights here  :)  Not sure about tonight as yet - there's some potatoes that need roasting in the fridge so might have those with something
