What I would like for dinner tonight is some chicken kiev or similar but know I shouldn't have garlic as I have an important meeting in the morning.  The quest continues......

Don't you mean chicken kyiv? :)

I am working from home today so used my lunch break to make the cheese sauce, and have just assembled the lasagne. It always seems such a faff, but I am always glad I made the effort when it comes out of the oven all golden and bubbling.

Salmon, baby potatoes, hollandaise sauce, broccoli, green beans and roasted veg.

I have given up sugary things for lent, (biscuits, cakes, chocolate) so I had strawberries and greek yogurt afterwards.

Made a vegetable lasagne for tomorrow night.

Jacket potato cheese and beans. Cooked another couple of spuds too whilst the oven was on so they can be reheated another time. Trying to cut down on energy usage where possible

Had the penultimate slice of pie with baby spinach, sweetcorn and green beans, all from the freezer, followed by defrosted black and red currants with f/f greek style yoghurt and a coffee.

I am really wanting a delivery of a D*mi*os/pi**a h*t but thought my money be better spent getting a fakeaway in a actual supermarket delivery.. But went for W/R*s* delivery something that IS an absolute treat.
