Nuked some more risotto this evening before gym class. I'm finding it a bit bland, like it needs some oomph but can't figure out what.

I tried that...and it has a shed load in it. Didn't seem to make a diff. It's almost like it needs something like djon mustard or something 🤔

Went to L!dl for the first time in months, as our Aldi is having a refurb, I bought one of their £1.50 F&V boxes, blooming amazing! Load of satsumas, potatoes, onions, a cabbage, lettuce, lemons, lime, avocado - well chuffed 🙂

meatball pasta bake for the family tonight, I’m having an omelette with cheese and ham, I love an omelette, it’s a go to snack if I’m at home 👍

I've got a flatbread out the freezer and will have that with some Oumph kebab 'meat' and some coleslaw. Might through in a few Aldi 'Alphabites' too

  • Not sure what I fancy eating or cooking. Decided to get some bacon out to defrost as a starting point. I'm leaning towards pasta/sauce/bacon/ cheese OR potato/bacon something or other.
