    We're going Old Skool tonight and having scampi, chips and peas, all from Aldi.  I have made a big bowl of creme brulee for pud though.
  • Another chilli here, to use up some on the turn tomatoes. No mince nearest thing I could find is turkey meatballs. Rice.
  • Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli with Whole Wheat Pasta

    It's on its way over, sent it as a zipped attachment so i could whizz over a larger portion without it spilling  :D 
    I did reduce the qty of rice suggested ...but kept the recipe qty of wine  :D

    frozen fish trout, roasted/garlic spuds (cut up small). (I've quite a few potatoes baked and 'normal' to use up and friend gave me more) and while oven on I'll roast some peppers for the veg.
