  • I couldn't be *rsed to cook as work wore me out today. But I managed sausage and mash with broccoli and onion gravy.  I feel a bit better now I've refuelled, if a little sleepy.

    calves liver, fried lightly, finished with chives (fresh in the garden!!) and cream, served with potatoes.

    This is assuming that the OH hasn't exhausted himself setting up the new speakers bought yesterday.  If so we'll have the liver tomorrow.  I'll be out shortly to get some chicken and salad makings just in case.
