I ended up making burritos with the leftover fajita bits in the end, was yummy!
We’re going away for a few days tomorrow so tonight is a use-it-up meal of chicken and veg noodles (chuck it all in!) and air fried spring rolls.Books read 2023 - 49/752 -

2 lovely rump steaks with caesar salad tonight. I'm going to allow OH to put croutons on the salad and have been prevented from adding tomatoes due to the fact we don't have any. Would have loved to bbq them but the weather is a tad tumultuous and we still have no propane.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I had a large butternut squash in a LIDL veg box last week so I made squash and spinach risotto from half of it and froze the other half3

We had sausage casserole (quorn in one dish, meat in the other) roast potatoes, tender stem broccoli and an aldi Yorkshire pudding.
I put the casseroles and potatoes in the oven for an hour and went for a soak in the bath, whilst they cooked. Luxury.3 -
