Last night I made good old Scottish Mince and tatties, unfortunately I didn't feel too hot at tea time but managed to eat a smal portion. Tonight will be Smoked Sausage and Pea risotto with some flat bread.Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

We had chicken fajitas last night (DH’s favourite meal, he’s easy to please ☺️), with all the trimmings - refried beans, guacamole etc. Surprisingly plenty of leftovers for tonight, hurrah!Books read 2023 - 49/752

Last's night's risotto ended up being pasta as couldn't be faffed with making risotto (too tired). Tonight will be baked tatties with cheese and beans or cheese and tuna, with some salad too.
