Lunch today will be pate on toast and supper tonight will be a baked bean based savoury roast from one of my cookery book finds at Mottisfont the other day with jacket potatoes and home made red cabbage coleslaw. Digestive biscuit topped apple crumble and plain skyr followed by a cup of coffee.0

It's definitely £2.40 I'll be saving myself in future. The sauce was like eating glue (one would imagine...it's not actually something I've ever done).
I had spaghetti and tinned mushrooms, there was barely any ham in it anyway TBH so I could've actually made a version of my own in hindsight but just wanted something easy.

We are having roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, roasties and Roast Parsnips - the beef was sliced and frozen from a large joint cooked before Christmas.
For pud, as a nod to our holiday, I have made Creme Catalana
Making chicken and Sweetcorn soup from the rubber chicken stock for work lunches (please don't make me go back...)Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
