I have being doing battle with a purchse from the big blue warehouse today so I ended up shoving an admirals pie in the oven which I had with some petit pois.
Since I was doing the flat packed duties, OH was left to fend for himself.

We had cauliflower cheese, mashed potatoes, swede and carrots mash, kale, green beans, Yorkshire puddings and husband had some pork.
Made a bread and butter pudding with a brioche loaf I bought a while ago.

Whilst making a cheese sauce I also made enough to make four portions of macaroni cheese, I added mushrooms, leeks and kale to these. They will go in the freezer.

    Ovenburgers with home-made wedges.
It's a recipe from a mince book I bought from Sainsbobs over 25 years ago, I've not cooked it for a few years.
