I have being doing battle with a purchse from the big blue warehouse today so I ended up shoving an admirals pie in the oven which I had with some petit pois.

We had cauliflower cheese, mashed potatoes, swede and carrots mash, kale, green beans, Yorkshire puddings and husband had some pork.
Made a bread and butter pudding with a brioche loaf I bought a while ago.
Whilst making a cheese sauce I also made enough to make four portions of macaroni cheese, I added mushrooms, leeks and kale to these. They will go in the freezer.0 -

Chicken salad for lunch (scotch egg for He Who Knows who doesn't 'do' chicken) and some pasta for supper tonight with a pea and bacon sauce and some mushrooms fried to go on top. Fruit and skyr if we want it and a coffee too!0
