I shall be making minestrone soup for the next couple of days lunches with chicken for me and toast for He Who Knows. Supper this evening will be jacket potatoes with tuna sweetcorn mayo filling and a huge salad accompaniment then we'll have blueberries, bananas and plain skyr followed by our cup of coffee.0
