Brittany Ferries not playing ball.
Stupidly I cancelled my booking for a trip on the 1st May having heard President Macron's orders on lockdown
I didn't have the cancellation option in my ticket but expected Brittany Ferries to send me vouchers for travel on a future trip. Whilst in hindsight I should have left the booking in place it was in March when all the best information was not available. In any event having travelled with Brittany for 20 years without a single cancellation I had hoped for a bit more understanding
They have used a clause to get out of paying and I don't think it is in the spirit of goodwill
