Not if you're partial to a Starbucks Grande Toffee Nut Latte ! A mere 330 calories.

I don't have milk in any hot drinks, i don't like it. So not extreme really.

I never dreamed anybody was talking about take away drinks, I meant an ordinary cup of tea or pot of coffee at home.
  • SW also has a curly wurly at less syns than an avocado.

    Is that true?

It's amazing how many people now buy drinks from the likes of Costa and Starbucks. We have both a Costa and a Starbucks where i work, apart from some drinks being very high in calories and fat, they're expensive. I don't use them, i drink green tea and water at both home and work, I couldn't afford to be buying them every day at work !

Yeah but when you need chocolate, an avocado doesn't quite cut it :rotfl:

To suggest the crappy toffee and chocolate bar is the healthier option out of the two is definitely a bit irresponsible.

I really wished it wasn't you who had made this comment because I really don't to go round in circles again, but if you cannot see what is wrong with your statement, there really is no hope.

To have to 'spend syns' in the first place is bonkers. To have to spend more on something that is so nutritious than something that as Red-Squirrel says is crappy toffee and chocolate, is ludicrous.

I know you weren't. And you're missing the point again.
