:) Every company has skeletons in their cupboards. But you are lacking objectivity because of something personal with the company. All companies have records which they are not proud of or and even ASA rulings. Simply look up the ASA website. Going by your analogy no one should shop with Amazon because of their poor conduct on taxes & employment issues in their warehouses, all well catalogued & published for the last 8 years. What i am getting to is objectivity & intellectual transparency. But never mind, I will not be able to convince on either of those, and therefore no meeting of minds.

I have been with them for 18 months & I have been very satisfied. Most energy suppliers are much of a oneness. I look up all suppliers TP scores & other reviews online etc & make my mind up. But thats the process i follow for any product or service i procure.

    Short version is...
OK to buy energy from but don't buy any 'storage' heaters or similar from any of their sister companies.

Jem, you're a bit late because Outfox the Market have been the best and cheapest provider in my region for more than a year, they're still the best and cheapest provider in my region for existing customers, but they're no longer the cheapest provider in my region for new customers!

I trust you have registered with the existing supplier(s)? If not you will be on an expensive 'deemed' tariff and that can cause problems when you switch.
