Zog and Neon Reef may have slightly cheaper tariffs (plural) depending on usage, but is it worth the hassle of poor customer service to save £7.52?
Evidence, please, for poor customer service from Zog and Neon Reef.

I'm disappointed because Outfox the Market have introduced One Green Flex 3.0 and it's even more expensive than Fix'd 20 14.0!

Gerry1, evidence for poor customer service from Zog and Neon Reef is personal experience because I've never experienced customer service as proactive as Outfox the Market, but their new tariffs are more expensive than previously!

Outfox have raised their cheapest variable tariff by £90!!!!!

Their cheapest tariff is now on average £60 more expensive than the cheapest dual fuel at medium TDCV

    Wow !  I'm gobsmacked.
Something less than glowing praise for OFTM from Clif.  Did they miss you off the Christmas party list?

Outfox the Market aren't having a Christmas party this year due to the 'rule of six', but their prices have gone through the roof, so unless their prices become competitive again, I'll have to switch when my Fix'd 20 9.0 ends next year!
  • How can I check when my fix ends? I looked online and also on my bills and can’t see anything. Will I need to phone them to find out.

Most plans indicate the length in the name of the tariff, e.g. 'Super Duper 12M' or 'Fantastic Fix Sept 21'.  If it's a 12-month tariff then look at the start date of your first bill, if it's a named month then it usually expires on the last day.
  • Outfox don't have month names on their fixed tariffs and instead have a rolling 12m contract. So as Gerry said, check start date of the first bil (or end date of previously supplier/tariff bill).

If still no luck then unfortunately you would have to contact them.
