Money Expert sell Orbit Energy in the street by claiming that Orbit Energy have the cheapest tariff, however, Outfox the Market have the cheapest tariff in East Midlands region and uninitiated members of the general public think they are dealing with Money Saving Expert, therefore, Money Expert have cloned Money Saving Expert!

Nope.  For 12,000kWh gas and 2900 electricity, Outfox the Market works out at £743.63 (One Green Flex 2.0) but using Zog for gas and Neon Reef for electricity works out at £736.11.

I'm correct because Outfox the Market have the cheapest tariff (singular) in East Midlands region, however, Zog and Neon Reef may have slightly cheaper tariffs (plural) depending on usage, but is it worth the hassle of poor customer service to save £7.52? For my low usage, Outfox the Market are slightly cheaper than Zog and Neon Reef, with the added advantage of excellent customer service!

And here we go again. The usual back-tracking and subtle obfuscation of the facts when challenged on incorrect statements. So OFTM might have the cheapest dual fuel deal, but this is a money saving site and savvy money savers know that nowadays separate fuels are often cheaper.  So Neon Reef/Zog are the cheapest option in your region for many people.

And for some areas of London, OFTM's "cheapest" dual fuel deal is beaten by ....... wait for it ..... OFTM's own separate supplies! So not so excellent in the "not screwing over your own customers" department.
  • There are 14 regions but Clif only cares about talking about one of the only ones that OFTM are cheaper in

Do a price comparison before randomly switching to OFTM to check they are the cheapest

Make sure you use your annual consumption

Make sure you check gas and elec as single fuels aswell as doing a dual fuel check.
