You are posting on a thread which is years old. Better off starting your own with whatever your issue is as it is not clear from your post.

I phoned Outfox Energy with a view to transfer my electricity supply to them.
Having read some reviews I was dubious but thought I would give it a try.
Over two days I rang three times. I went to option 1 for new customers wishing to transfer, so the company know I'm a potential new customer. On Each occasion I was told where I was in the que. On each occasion it took in excess of 5 minuets to move up a place. so the minimum number in front of me on each call was 6 so I would have to wait at least half an hour just to get through to an adviser.
If this is the way they value new business I dread to think it would be to get a problem resolved don't intend to find out as I am keeping well away.
