You are a fine example of an admin on a hate site handing out your unqualified opinions and calling it advice. As to your other wild rantings in your post, I can only suggest they have no place in this forum and you should seriously go and get professional help.

I am on this forum to give my views on OutFox The Market.
I'm reading thought the whole post / thread or whatever it's called. It's started to go wrong in May 18, when they changed the Membership Fee bandings, there seems to be a lot more bands, than before. But they U turned as customers must have voted with their feet. Mine give me a lot of pain & the herbal medication is the only help.

You were not alone, I switched to OutFox, early November back with Ebico again, rip, in January after three blocks at least.

This is nothing but a witch hunt. CAB, TP, research paper in utility week on the behest of ofgem, which publication all point to OTM being as good a supplier as others.

Then I suggest you google OTM and thoroughly read all the other articles relating to them. Or maybe all the others are on a witch hunt too including the press and the radio ?

Dear @loyal to whom are you loyal? You "don't care about fischer" so it's just OTM then? But you seem to defend Fischer Future Heat by stating that other business have breached advertising rules. Why when you don't have the need for their heaters, that many customers do feel duped over parting with thousands of pounds for. I wouldn't be surprised if Waitrose hasn't fallen foul of rules & regulations, at some time. I'd say they're a rip off too.

On 11th Sept you brought the PPI scandal to this forum for an example, people didn't have to take advantage of that scheme. But shouldn't all be held to the same account.

After all two of the defendants in the eagerly awaited court case are in charge of OutFox aren't they. Though Bastian Plc group doesn’t change the director often.

OVO Energy in the top six by buying out SSE, whom blocked my switch, to Ebico, for a debt in excesses of £100, mainly DSC's, which they lowered & backdated it many months reducing the bill. SEE never set up a DD, despite them being the supplier & I just ended anothet contact with them on an empty property but paying very little monthly as leccy on the rip off Pre-Pay meter, they could have kept the credit even or I could've have paid them by a Bank Branch Direct Transfer, handy to know, but then I used PayPoint, as along as it free & free Card Payment even better! Especially if must make a Payment to avoid fees!

Yet you then bring up the very small survey by Citizens Advice, less than 8,000 took the survey.

Didn't some supermarkets get caught out awarding their wine prizes that they made up to sell more of?

The completely notorious TrustPilot that takes payment to allow silencing. Take way to long to respond to flagged reviews, so many unfairly flagged for review reviews remain unseen.

They probably take payment for other silencing services.

Ok a crappy little industry newsletter has OutFox in Division 1 near the bottom. Dropping down from the second division is Robin Hood energy, now BG, so aren't they one of the big six along with OVO. Their nearest rival & the next nearer who are cheaper & also out rank OutFox The Market. Took them 3 years to make to make the debut thought.

But the real big six aren't bothered by the likes ol' OutFox directors.

It's a forum for people to give their feedback. Without being silenced, eg having your genuine 1 star review blocked from potential customers. Shout out to Camp Bastian, Les M2? & Brear Rabbit & many many more. Facebook is too silencing agrieved persons. The court cases could ruin into millions for "Hurt Feeling"!

With you having been a OutFox The Market customer for a couple of years or more now. You must have been one of the founding customers, to nick FB's terms. So probably kept your cheap bait unit rate, for a favour as you go fixed, don't you! But as you'll know, as a genuine customer's did back in the summer of 2018 OutFox increased the membership fees. And didn't those on the fixed UNIT RATE Whack tariff customers stand up in anger! Should have read the T&C's. After all there could easily be clauses where you need to pay! Bastian Plc tend to keep these way down the list. Tip start at the bottom when reading T&C's. Have you seen sight of the letter by the way?

But why not use OutFox if it is the cheapest, especially in the LE3 postcode, their search box didn't recognise it without the rest of the postcode, so I often use 1AA if a full postcode required.

If you're getting a good deal on the Fixed tariffs take it!

I could only get Zapp in the SE (Nov 18) cost me less than £23 for the period I was using his cheap u bait unit rates! The gas didn't go above 2 kHw, so to the penny, before making the next payment. They DD'd back 31 pence very promptly! While many have hundreds of pounds withheld! I switched from Ebico, [RIP] with no DSC's, high unit rates thought, but by far the cheapest for a miser who never turns the heating on, the other reason is the temp never gets above 13°. Poorly designed radiators, flat panel although not electric, bloody useless, I wouldn't have them full stop. It's rented so stuck with them, althought no accredited association like Corgi needed to fix a more appropriate rad with a higher BTU output, just good workmanship & a spirit level etc etc. These flat panel radiators have a outer casing directing the heat upwards rather than going across the room like previous DGCH systems I've had, I thought heat rised naturally, but never studied sciences.

OutFox brought in a Membership Fee as they didn't seem to start with the MF system, which are better than DSC for many householders who don't use the gas a lot. Negative as it was for any part of the month, it was based on usage & originally four ranges of kWhs usage. In the summer of 2019 it introduced many more ranges of kWhs usage, not sure if OutFox management U turned on this unpopular change or not. Thought by the November they had decided to scrap the Membership Fee system for Daily Standing Charges. I didn't know what they wanted me to pay for the second month's payment but no real concerns, I’m off! As for the Summer/Winter split, again a good idea, as I've told Bastian, but it's not a good deal when the customers has to start on the higher amount for the whole six months, those that have a fixed monthly budget or keep the usage similar thought-out the year. You could have a few more quid when out on those long hot summer evenings. But it's history now & OutFox The Market like all except Utilita & their no DSC's Two Units at a very high rate, for both E&G, then a lower rate for the rest of the day. Good if you're not living there, daily using less than 10 kWhs of leccy, not so if needing a bit of hot water weekly though, you could use less than 1kWh & not pay anything. Snag need a smart meter! Smart meters; BG upped my DD by more than double as there was a lot heavy usage of the leccy for 2 days, wouldn't reduce it for six months. Bye bye sky high BG, you're not even British anymore! And their smart meter ain't connected to ought & I've got the unless Speedo thing to get rid of, not very green are they! It's good to switch folks [Oh no I've used folk! Who am I?]. Even if you come across a rat! Rat is a word unTrustPilot object to, but rodent is!

Did those that paid the 70%, or more get refunded?
Like those who had payments taken on any Credit Cards.
Not forgetting those that could hear the abuse being dealt out by Bastian Plc staff.

Anyway I voted with my money, can't really walk away from utility companies, As Ebico were then the cheapest again as they'd come to their senses, unlike their East Midlands rivals, no not Agro Energy  whom cancelled my switch as they couldn't take their DD, they never tried too. Ebico used Robin Hood Energy or Nottingham City Council really. Who are in what is know as League Two!

Then the fun & games started. Ebico saying my switch is being blocked by OutFox, claimed I have a debt. No I explain to Ebico, I have all contracts terminated. I do things by letter it works!

The poor overworked Foxglove Energy Complaints Manager was on ' Overtime ' in dealing with me on the phone, whilst I sat there watching her being slagged off in the Discussion group. I wasn't her last complaint to deal with that evening. I hope the next pay packet was fat, or a nice bank account balance! Many more had complaints about her manner afterwards, so me lucky!

Who the fk are Foxglove Energy I would have thought when opening the email confirming my contract is cancelled. My poultry refund was duly returned, that would have been worthy of a 4 to 5 star review anywhere, even here. But thanks to those whom knew what is available on the WWW.

Again Ebico came back no OutFox still claiming I had a debt. The third time I escaped as Ebico just took the account over from OutFox, due to an excellent customer's record. But many more also took 3 attempts to get out. I haven't had any direct contact with OutFox, Foxglove or Fischer Energy the three companies I had contracts with, though I would only deal with OutFox! Hey JW? Since. But it's Bastian Plc really.

It was Bastian Plc that sent letters of a threatening nature to most of the members of OutFox OutFox The Market Ecapees' FB group. A group set up on the 21st of February 2019. The letter basically said to the member to remove themselves from the group. But the legendary ?? found out the truth & more information my way. It also made the Mail On Sunday. This was the third news item the Facebook users & victims of Bastian Plc got published. Today there are many more groups connected to a dingy, stinky graffiti strewn area of LE3. An area people didn't want to go in the last century.

To my knowledge no other persons has been sent anything similar. Maybe a few bribes were offered as it's claimed that a founding member of Energy Advice Group created by @FrogIsland on the 5TH of December 2018, took one?

Myself & others have been publicly been called all sorts things. Abused in name on the WWW. TrustLessPilot has many Team OTM replies deleted. But nothing is deleted fully.

Yes many utility companies have gone bust. Which OutFox have managed to keep their bold claim after the backlash for 2 years now! 🍾🍾. Very surprising. But the cheap bait unit rate increases & silencing continues, removal from groups etc continues. Late Feb for the next increase taking away the cheap bait unit rate offered to recent sign ups. Hey @Dazzelep ?

They've done away with the so called limited sign up. But the numbers signing up each day fell to tens switching. So how many customers today are there really?

Yet another happy customer victimising genuine aggrieved persons on the WWW.

I skimmed it for like 30 seconds so likely missed 90% of it. The most of which just seems to be going into detail about trying to switch suppliers. what I read though I think it might have been:
Bastian = bad
Foxglove/Outfox = good?

They mentioned at the end about many suppliers going bust yet outfox haven't. However the main reason they're still around is because of the dodgy accounting and ownership practices that the Bastians have been doing.

The price of the Fischer !!!!!! keeping them going I think. Then a bit of fiddling of overtime, the furlough system, his wage bill only 20% if the staff risked their lives. Be nice to see how they got around the 2m Social Distancing in the Portacabin HQ.
