This crowd of clotheads have refused to give me a refund (£103.00 in credit) and have just changed my tarrif to ECO12 which is basically an economy 7 type tariff.  How the hell they expect to get two readings from a standard meter is just beyond me.  Ive submitted a formal complaint and am just about to switch suppliers.  Anybody experience on how long it take them to resolve complaints?

The owners of this awful company are up in CROWN court next year. Looks serious. One can only guess what they have been up to ....but one thing’s for sure - we know that are not being hauled up for honesty. 

As usual, the annual FUND RAISE is in full swing. Delayed refunds....refund shortfalls.... hiked direct debits far outstripping usage.....estimate readings and bills......massive credit balances accumulating .....broken call centre with long wait times......inane and obtuse customer service responses .....ignored e-mails...the list goes on. NOTHING EVER CHANGES WITH THIS COMPANY. ( or group of companies for that matter )

Where’s Clif, our “nursey” friend and the army of paid reviewers in the Indian call centre ??
They’re usually quick to jump on any negative news.
Thank god MARTIN LEWIS & MSE have the right idea and keep the warning in place on the search results.

Steer well clear of this outfit. 

Certainly haven’t changed at all since 2018.
OK. Not doing over all of their customers all at once like they did in 2018.
Instead play games with smaller groups of customers each week. 

Now demanding 2 & half months credit. 

Joke company that shouldn’t be in the energy business. 

Just pay £1 per week more for a decent supplier & forget about all the hassle.

Gerry although the Court dates and information have been listed in the public realm, no charges are currently shown. The fact that the matter is before the Crown Court shows that the matter is considered serious.

The fact that two companies have been charged tells us that there are offences which can be dealt with by way of a fine, since you cannot imprison a company.

We also know that Outfox the Market (Foxglove Energy Supply LTD) are not named on the indictment, so whatever the owners are accused of, it would seem unrelated to the supply and sale of gas and electricity.
