    We also know that Outfox the Market (Foxglove Energy Supply LTD) are not named on the indictment, so whatever the owners are accused of, it would seem unrelated to the supply and sale of gas and electricity. 
    Nick you are correct when you state that Outfox are not on the current indictment, but Outfox, the indicted companies and all sister companies are under the control of Bastian PLC (the parent company). Some of the actual listed charges have been discussed in another forum along with other people wishing to be made party to the proceedings. There might be a possible snowball effect with other companies being called into question. One wonders if the banks concerned with all the unsatisfied charges (read that as bank loans) might foreclose on those loans causing the collapse of all companies including Outfox The Market when they get wind of what is happening. The current information I have is that the press have been informed so more news might arrive in due course.
  • I finished my adventure with OTM. I moved to them in July and moved out at the end of October, before price hike. I got final bill after 5 weeks, but there was no communication about refund. I wrote email on Monday asking when to expect refund, didn't get any answer to that, but refund showed up on my account the same day.

    It's a shame prices are changing all the time and there are no good fixed tariffs now. It's a bit annoying to change energy provider every few months, wait for final bills, etc. But I'm glad, I left Yorkshire Energy before it collapsed.

    I finished my adventure with OTM. I moved to them in July and moved out at the end of October, before price hike. I got final bill after 5 weeks, but there was no communication about refund. I wrote email on Monday asking when to expect refund, didn't get any answer to that, but refund showed up on my account the same day.

    It's a shame prices are changing all the time and there are no good fixed tariffs now. It's a bit annoying to change energy provider every few months, wait for final bills, etc. But I'm glad, I left Yorkshire Energy before it collapsed.

    Did OFTM refund credit balance within 10 working days of final Bill, if not did OFTM pay £30 compensation within 10 working days of what would have been considered  breach of  automatic compensation rules ???? If answer is no to both did OFTM pay additional £30 compensation ?????

    Just had an email from them saying their prices are increasing and therefore my bills are going up.

    New rates are:

    Your electricity rate will increase from 13.3990p to 15.9600p per kWh. Your standing charge will remain the same.

    Your gas rate will increase from 2.5990p to 3.0180p per kWh. Your standing charge will remain the same.

    Really not happy about this, as they've only just recently hiked them already, needless to say I will be looking elsewhere.

    On 1st od December I received email with "Your Monthly Statement is Ready to View!". I checked it and it said it's final bill. I got refund on 14th of December. So it's exactly 10 working days.

    More information unearthed by the team on the ORIGINAL & OFFICIAL “Outfox The Market Discussion” group. ( not to be mistaken for the copycat group with “customer” added to the name )
    The owners of this awful company are up in CROWN court next year. Looks serious. One can only guess what they have been up to ....but one thing’s for sure - we know that are not being hauled up for honesty. 
    As usual, the annual FUND RAISE is in full swing. Delayed refunds....refund shortfalls.... hiked direct debits far outstripping usage.....estimate readings and bills......massive credit balances accumulating .....broken call centre with long wait times......inane and obtuse customer service responses .....ignored e-mails...the list goes on. NOTHING EVER CHANGES WITH THIS COMPANY. ( or group of companies for that matter ) 
    head over to the ORIGINAL & the BEST discussion group. No false promotion there.

    If you make it less wordy and ranty (read it after not having a few glasses of wine and re-write it) you may get your point across.

    I don't really know what to take from it apart from that you dont' like Stephen because of personal reasons. I don't really see what relevance it has in Outfox the Market Feedback.
    That's because you, along with 3 other identities on here are Stephen Bennett.
     :D Christ.... A quick look on my post history would show I have industry knowledge and focus on other things apart from Outfox the Market....

    For those new to this thread - currently Outfox seem to be doing well based on citizens advice rankings etc.
    However they don't seem to be trying to outfox the market anymore by price and are eager to raise their variable tariffs when they can justify it.

    If you're going to join Outfox currently I'd recommend a fixed tariff over a variable even if it might cost you another £10. Alternatively be prepared to switch to a different tariff if they increase your variable rates.

  • It's Cheap Bait Unit Rates! With Bastian Plc & OutFox The Market.
    It's all about how much you're paying monthly.
    I had cancelled any contacts with OutFox/Foxglove & Fischer Energy, within a 28 days. The switchback to my previous supplier was deliberately blocked on three occasions.
    But they are still doing so. It doesn't matter on how many one is two many.
    Shut Down Bastian Plc!

    Yet to be accepted into the 'Customer' discussion group, on Fb. But all they do is moan.
