Outfox the Market reviews: add your feedback

Glad you have mentioned this as most of those were personal attacks on members of staff of very vile & abhorrent nature. These had to be reported, but these were more or less in Q1 2019. All that reviewers were privately contacted via TP to share their account number with us but none of them got back with acc nos, therefore these were reported. As explained these happened in Q1 2019 & most if not all companies who monitor their social media or Reviewer sites presence report inaccurate ones.0

It appears that "fact_check" is an employee of OTM. Surely, under forum rules, he has to be approved by MSE to post on behalf of the company?0

Andy mentioned "It was factually correct, above 90% of 1 star reviews were being reported on a daily basis at the time I was checking. The reviews come back on once the original poster has to go through the long process of proving themselves to Trustpilot. Many give up and the 1 star review is removed. Many don't and that's why there are the 3000 remaining ". I know of one such person that posted a one star review and with that Outfox The Market demanded their account number to prove they were a customer. The poster duly complied and responed on TrustPilot and the action of Team OFM aka you fat_check was to respond to the poster by factually naming the person on that post on TrustPilot which breached not only the TrustPilot rules but breached data protection. TrustPilot refused to take any action against Outfox The Market for doing that. For all the shouting you're doing fat_check, not once have you provided any proof whatsoever of what you've stated.

You are correct in what you say. The said peson likes to list themself as the media and pr manager on OTM. For that you can read someone who flags every post speaking out against their employer whilst calling everyone liars, trolls etc. Some manager huh ?

I visited the forum a couple of days ago as part of my hunt for a new energy supplier.
First a little positive for you.
I am pleased to see that one of the main reasons for my leaving OFTM when my last contract ended, which was their insistence that customers were responsible for checking the website for T&C updates, has been amended. I am curious as to why this change was made, after more than two years. Was it the negative comments around it, someone finally seeing the light, or perhaps someone challenging the legality of it, that finally forced the change? Whichever, it does remove one large barrier that prevented me switching back to them.
Now for the less positive.
Your antics on here have forced me to rule out OFTM, at least for my next switch. For a company to tolerate the behaviour seen on here by the three of you, makes me wonder what type of service I would get if I ever had a problem. I have seem primary school children act with more maturity. And that just relates to the content of your posts. That you are even posting in the first place is of concern.
While only one of you has admitted to working for the company, Some of the comments I read contained detail I believe would only be known to company employees. As you will be aware from another poster's comment, posting on behalf of a company without agreement from MSE is against the forum rules. Either way, I'm sure OFTM will want to distance themselves from your comments. I took the liberty of noting the date-stamps of all of your posts, and if it becomes evident that you have been posting from work without direct authorisation, I will be happy to pass these on to the company if they wish to investigate any abuse.
I came looking for recent feedback, instead I'm bombarded by this trash. I am not the only person who has been driven away by your comments. A poster commented shortly after me with a similar view. I wonder how many other potential customers have been driven away by your infantile behaviour.

As a retired stockbroker, I know that all companies have good and bad years, the important thing is how a company is performing now and since I became a customer in September 2019, I can't find anything to complain about because Outfox the Market provide CONSTANTLY cheap gas & electricity plus EXCELLENT customer service!0

So you are saying that it is the company's view that 1 star reviews should only remain on the site if people also enter into contact with you? Not everyone leaving a bad review is interested in having anything else to do with the company they are complaining about.

Clif you tout that you're a retired stockbroker in nearly every one of your posts. I don't think anyone is in the least interested. You also vigorously defend OTM. So please tell us, what is a wealthy retired stockbroker doing penny-pinching with a cheap energy company ? I know many wealthy people and they prefer to use companies with a good reputation and customer service but you are singularly zeroed in on OTM.

How do wealthy people become wealthy? By not overpaying for their goods and services! Therefore, I switched to the cheapest energy provider every year expecting the trade-off to be poor customer service because it always has been, but now I've found the cheapest energy provider with excellent customer service, so I don't need to switch again!0
