I am pleased  by my interesting life just like i am sure you are of yours. Clearly you too are daily scouring the internet so clearly thats two of us. Kindred spirits! 20 months its you who has been stalking & yes if its any consolation I do love my job. You do not have to worry your pretty little head about my CV & calling narcissistic reminds me of pots & kettles. I DO NOT challenge & rebut anything, just fake stuff. Again you need no anxiety of what i am being paid. Google is a great search engine & yes folk like you improve stock price of Alphabet & i have some of them.

I have screenshot everything too."  fat_check it's such a shame you remain blinkered and uneducated after all I have done to try to help you. I feel honoured that you've taken the time to screenshot everything I've said. I'm not the only person that's tried to help you either. fat_check you've been offered the trough, try drinking from it. Go back through those 20 months worth of screenshots and learn something. Following that you might consider attending a church confessional. I hear they're very good for your soul. I too wish you love, peace and enlightenment.

Who are you? An employee, customer or what?

I can understand all the negativity, most companies will get that, sometimes even persistently, but to find comments actively, even vigorously defending a company like this is concerning to say the least. I can understand some positive feedback if you had a good experience during your time with them, but looking at your posting history it appears you created this account purely to promote the company. There may be nothing in the rules against this, but it surely goes against 'fair play' and probably explains the increased negativity from a small minority.
@ fact_check   please explain your motivation for all these posts. If you are representing this company it is exceedingly worrying why they feel the need for this type of aggression.

Thank you to everybody posting in this thread.  I have been looking out for another supplier, as my contract with Utility Point is nearing the end.  When looking on comparison sites, Outfox the Market came up as one of the cheaper tariffs - naturally I turned to MSE to research them and by Jove am I glad I did!

Never mind Outfox the Market - it's more a case of them trying to outfox the customers.  It seems like the circus that ran Iresa are in charge of this lot now.

I agree. Accounts that appear to exist simply to post pro-company propaganda stick out like a sore thumb.  I'm not sure why MSE allow it.

ben501, in recent years I've been a customer of E.ON, GB Energy, British Gas, Iresa, Octopus and Eversmart, I complained successfully to the Energy Ombudsman about all of them, but now I'm a customer of Outfox the Market, I can't find anything to complain about!
