To be fair to Bulb, their expensive tariff was more than offset by the £275 in bill credit they paid me during the 6 months I was with them. Of course I switched to a cheaper supplier after I'd exhausted all the referrals I could muster, but it worked out pretty cheap all things considered.
Edit: in fact I paid a net total of £7 for my energy in the time I was with them according to my bank statements.0 -
Outfox the Market are CONSTANTLY cheaper than Symbio Energy for low and medium consumption homes plus EXCELLENT customer service, if anyone wants a laugh, read Symbio Energy Trustpilot reviews (they accuse unhappy customers of cyberbullying)!😂1

Low users on OFTM dual fuel in London are being ripped off and could pay less by signing up for OFTM's separate fuel deals. That's an underhanded business practice if I ever saw one.
There's plenty of information on OFTM customer bullying on Facebook if anyone cares to read it.0 -

I am sick and tired of seeing reports on Money Saving Expert that Outfox The Market are poor on customer service. I recently left EON to join Outfox The Market because their price was considerably lower. I found myself being overcharged by EON for my final gas bill. It wasn't by much, but it was enough to potentially cause continuity problems because they were not accepting my final meter reading, and introduced a higher one of their own. I contacted EON and they failed to offer any help to get it sorted. However, I was actually contacted by Outfox The Market, suggesting that if the correct gas reading was not agreed from the start, it could cause problems in the future. My submitted gas reading was going to continue for several months, because I don't use any gas during the summer, and that was going to flag up issues if not corrected right away. They offered to contact EON to get an agreement on the correct reading, which they did (true to their word), and my "start" reading is now set at the correct number. However, a week after being promised a refund in my bank account by EON, I am still waiting! I know which company I have faith in, and it isn't EON !! I was most impressed with my OTM customer rep. He went out of his way to help me. Not many customer reps do that!!2

When I joined Outfox the Market in September 2019, I expected their customer service to be poor, but their customer service is excellent!0

And make up your own minds of Talldave being disingenuous. Hardly surprising though!0 -

What I post is pure non-fiction and can be backed up with proof published in the public domain, unlike you fat_check who work for the Bastian's and are on a mission to secure your job ;-)0
