I've been an OTM customer for a couple of years, never had an issue until recently. I was looking at switching, so an OTM rep said he'd put me on a new fix which was a good deal (on paper). However, since then the billing has been shambolic and every time I speak to someone they promise to fix things but it never gets resolved. So I'm out.

Did you flash your Preferred Customer card, or was it your building pass?

After dealing with terrible energy companies for years and taking them all to the Energy Ombudsman with unresolved complaints I've finally found one that I'm happy with!

Whilst looking at figures for another thread (zero use, property empty), I noticed that for low or zero consumption, OFTM dual fuel is beaten by..... OFTM as separate suppliers.  Quirky!

Talldave, you're incorrect because Outfox The Market have lower standing charges for duel-fuel in NN7 (lower for electricity only), but Utilita are cheapest for zero usage with no standing charges, since Ebico Zero now has a minimum bill value of £52 a year for electricity and £52 a year for gas!
