Mister_G, I can't find any small print, therefore, any company relying on hidden small print is untrustworthy because such claims should be based on typical usage rather than cannabis farming usage!0
-
Thanks Nick, good idea I will do the same.0

Hammer_Time, you can't rely on comparison websites because they are often out of date, therefore, always double check on selected energy provider website for up to date tariffs. A good example is Outfox The Market One Green Flex, which was replaced with One Green Flex 2.0 default tariff in early April, however, MSE didn't update their CEC until early May!1

Thanks Clif, this too is worth looking at, in the past I had to wait a week or so when I have change to a OTM cheaper deal. When I tried updating my details in a CEC as it was not showing.0

It's actually on the front page of the Symbio website, directly below where they quote the amount. I would suggest the 9000kWh is quite reasonable for a lot of people, especially those who live in an all electric house.Clif said:Mister_G, I can't find any small print, therefore, any company relying on hidden small print is untrustworthy because such claims should be based on typical usage rather than cannabis farming usage!

Mister_G, I still can't find any small print and only a minority use 9000kWh, therefore, I would report Symbio Energy to Ofgem for a misleading claim if Ofgem weren't useless!0

Mister_G, thank you for that and MSE CEC have just increased Outfox The Market to 2.4 stars without requesting any customers opinions, therefore, Trustpilot are more accurate with 4.4 stars because they request all customers opinions (I gave them 5 stars)!0
-
Does anyone else think that 2.4 stars are disgraceful?0

If anyone wants a good laugh, read Tonik Energy reviews on Trustpilot, it sounds like Eversmart Energy have taken over, why do customers put up with such incompetence? Outfox The Market have the best customer service imaginable and even better than First Direct!-1
