    Day 2

    NSD: 2/18
    Food: 0/£100
    Exercise: 10k Steps - 2/20
    Cycling - 0/10
    Study 1 hour: 2/25
    Clear out: 9/30
    Extra income: £5/£100
    SB daily goal: 2/30

Another great day for me today, listed a total of 7 things on eBay which must be a record for me. Have one thing that has just ended but won't add that to my extra income until its been paid. Cashed in some SB today for a £5 amazon card.

Tomorrow will be a spend day because we need milk so I will probably do a top up shop while I am spending anyway (can't wait until Saturday as DS won't be happy if there is no milk for his breakfast). Saturday and Sunday will also both be spend days.

Today I am grateful for my boy who is the light of my life, for how fortunate I am in that I have debt but I am not struggling to get by day to day and for this challenge which is pushing me to do the things I should have done a long time ago.

NSDs- NSD 1/12. My one pair of jeans finally developed a hole so, as I’m going on holiday on Monday. I bought a replacement pair. More of a need than a want really.

Organise!- Came back at instructed time to find the house unlocked and the engineers gone. Sitting here surrounded by all my wordly goods and not a clue how to work the heating, Will now have to decorate, But it’s cosy!!!!

Value for money!- Jeans weren’t too expensive

Exercise!- Since we had to vacate the premises at 8.00am we walked into town (about 4 miles) and then had a walk around so I suppose every situation has a silver lining.

Mental health!-Doing quite well today. Think the walk helped.

Be Christmas ready!- Abandoned for the moment

Eat well!- Failed. We’re having a Chinese carry out but in my defence everything is in a guddle today.

Gratitudes – Lovely walk into town along he river. Really nice workmen (even if they did leave the house unlocked). Warm, warm house.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.
  • Turtle #22 reporting in for 2nd Nov!

Managed a SFD today so on 1/15.

DH home today so we've taken it easy, had a walk to the swings for DD and to get some fresh air.

Organise/Christmas - had done about 2/3 of a crochet blanket that was potentially an Xmas gift, noticed id made an error close the centre, decided I do want to finish it so I unravelled the whole thing and started again. Should only take a fortnight to finish as the wool is chunky and it's essentially a giant granny square.

Mental health - tried to spend an hour on myself today, had a long hot shower, washed my hair and sorted out my eyebrows. Feel a million times better for it!

Gratitudes - DD came and sat with me for about half an hour today, we had a lovely cuddle, grateful as she never does this! Grateful for the tumble dryer too, well caught up on laundry, I can see the bottom of the basket for once!

Tomorrow is a spend day but it's budgetted for - a new set of drawers for our room. As it's budgetted does it count as a SFD or do I lose one?

    Check in 2/30 :)

NSDs - Still on 1/12. Spend day today, as I needed a few items from the supermarket - OH went, because he was meeting a friend in the car park anyway. He spent about a third more than I would have done, but at least I didn't have to go, and it would have been silly to use more petrol just repeating the journey.

Organise - Not feeling very organised today! Did a bit of organisation for my small business this morning I suppose! Paid for charity Xmas cards today as it was a spend day rather than potentially losing a NSD later on :)

Value for money - Hmm, not really, see above :(

Exercise - Not much today, just a 20 minute dog walk this morning :o

Mental health - A bit low today, probably because I don't seem to have done much apart from working this morning and cooking dinner :o

Be Christmas ready - Wrote a cheque to pay for some Charity Christmas cards that came the other day. That is a start I suppose!

Eat well - Not too bad, porridge, fruit and yogurt for breakfast, a (HM) BLT roll for lunch, HM fishcakes for dinner. Did eat a small kitkat and a packet of crisps that I shouldn't have though :o No alcohol :A

Gratitudes – Nice HM food, having sold an item in my sales unit this morning, lovely toasty wood stove this evening :)

Mummylewis - 'fraid you lose an nsd, as you are still spending money. Can you also add other purchases to the day and save yourself an nsd on another day?

Today I am grateful for my hearing test giving me the thumbs up, for finding items for the love-in-a-box boxes we are doing, for the fog (love it!!), for getting my ironing done ahead of when I need it for, for wonderweb for shortening 4 pairs of trousers, for the weather still being very mild, for getting the fleecy door curtains hung up - it maybe mild now, but they certainly make it feel more snug.

Had a NSD today so that was good. Panicked when I realised I had run out of bread for my sandwich but luckily i got a subway with some points I had.

Spent £2 yesterday on some chips as I was out later than expected after work :o

I've been eating relatively well but could be better. Will do an Aldi shop tomorrow and try to resist getting a takeaway :p
