I have been offered £577 in relation to charges accrued on one of my credit cards with NatWest. Although the account is still open, they have refused to give me a new card when the old one expired a year or two back.

The offer of £577, if i accept, states that it will be put back onto the credit card account, can i ask for a cheque instead?

Good evening! So... Just a quick one... I have received a list of all my charges and have a letter all printed off readyto ask for some money but where do I send it!? To the same 'data protection' address/ department I sent the first one to or just customer services?! Sorry if I am being stupid. It's Barclaycard by the way. Thank you.

you can claim charges going back 6 years under the Limitation act, The date you closed account has no bearing on claiming a refund charges

Hi Everyone--- i have recently discovered the world of PPI claims and i am trying to read as much as possible before actually making a claim... One thing which i have not so far been able to establish is : I have had my credit card (Nat West) for almost 20 years, during which time i have been paying a PPI which i believe was mis-sold ... the account has always been open and is still open- am i eligible to claim, and if so, how far back can i go....?
Has anyone else on here claimed for a long term account ?

I have a credit card with mbna. I got it because it had 18month interest free balance transfer. I apparently paid late in august 2011. I only receive online bills and was never informed of the late payment and they also took away my promotional rate and never informed me. I have only just noticed I have been paying approx. £60 a month interest. Is there anything I can do???

Hello there,
I'm feeling quite overwhelmed over all the different ways the credit cards are describing their fees. Halifax One has late payment fees, overlimit fees and returned payment fees, all at £12.
Is it possible to claim any of these back? Thank you, yours, very overwhelmed...lol

I sent the reclaim template off to MBNA - I had PPI on my credit card but didnt realise - when i realised i cancelled it but am trying to reclaim what I had already paid. They sent me a copy of the application form (which has no reference to PPI) and my signature, and say that during the internet application, PPI details would have appeared on a separate screen and it would have been clear that it was a distinct product. They say I actively ticked a box and they are comfortable this product would have been of benefit to me, and therefore they do not feel they can uphold my complaint or get into any further discussions about it.
What they havent provided me with is any evidence that I did indeed tick a box or that I accepted any terms relating to PPI.
The card was taken out in 2003 and is still active.

WHAT DO I DO NEXT?! :(

Hi Guys!

I just wondered if it was possible to re-claim charges from store cards?
Is it the same as credit cards, meaning I can add the 8% interest?
I have an Outifit store card which is owned by Santander. I have a list of transactions dating back to when the account was opened and will be looking to claim back the £12 charges.
