Card protection is PPI so if you ask on the PPI board they should be able to help you.

I was able to get through to my lender finally through a PPI claims specialists who put more prssure on the lender than I did. I wrote letter after letter but no luck but the first letter from the claims firm got a response.

I was a client of Total Refund, Monster Claims and was strung alomg for over a year. They told me to spend on the Credit cards, as they had a 98% success rate and could tell immediately if the claim would have a green light(4 descrepencies apparently).

This was done... I paid just short of £1600.00 for 5 Claims which monster told me to pay on the credit card in question as I was now guaranteed success.

F$@1ing Idiots.... Now Informed that despite the initial promises the claims are not succesful and although I paid a refunable option they could not help and as I wouldnt receive a refund.

They Have ignored all letters etc...

I spoke to Chase Alexander Associates who explained that claims were only likely to be succesful if the lender had taken advantage of my circumstances and the initial contract mis-sold. They were able to provide closure and even better they were FREE! They discovered only 1 claim could be succesful and as a result also assistyed me with managing the increased debt I had Incurred.

If you want a service rather than a high speed chase for feedback I would suggest Checking out their website.... (www)chasealexanderassociates(.co.uk)
Professional, Thorough and in all honesty a great customer service experience(they even battled to get my refund back from Monster Claims).
  • Hello everyone,

I am an amateur Pokter, I like to play occasionally with friends and not long ago I learned about the freeroll tournaments that are very nice because they bind to nothing and I find ca a good way to train.

I am an amateur, but I still think that at least once in my life in Las Vegas to the WSOP, even if I gain nothing is really history to have that feeling of playing in Las Vegas with the greatest.

Good until I play on the internet.

I think that playing on the internet especially in tournaments are 2 strategies.

so do carpets quickly enough to climb faster, the foot is his password or his case but since it is a freeroll was not lost because we did not put any money into games.

so wait patiently for the right hand to play this last much longer to rapidly increase his stack, but were less likely to get out quickly, so more likely to fit in the gains, while the first can be out in 5 minutes after commencement.

What do you think? If you have any other please let me say??

If I wanted to ask you about Unibet play you?? them what time? and with maximum participation cb??

And also if you have passwords for freeroll UNIBET if you can save by its good will, as in those with password has fewer participants arrive and see a password freeroll slightly higher Besides, I do not understand why.

Voila that's it for me, I await your reactions! and thank you in advance

Hi, just a couple of questions.
Firstly am I able to reclaim on loan charges?,
also how far back can I claim?, ive got accounts including some closed ones dating back to 98, I know I could get hold of all info with an SAR but is it worth it?.

    Hi Guys,
I have just had a letter from my credit card companey Halifax re my credit card charges saying it will take them 28days to look into my complaint !! I have already sent my first letter saying I would give them 14 days what shall I do ?
  • Hi All!

I'm not sure if this question has been covered...?

I've been on a DMP since November. Charges and Interest have quietenned down now, but in the interim period, I was still being charged interest and charges (often more than the amount the CCCS told them I could pay). As I had been in dialogue with them and made them fully aware of my situation and amount I could pay, do I have any right to refund of charges/interest?

    Thanks in advance
  • Hi can anyone tell me if i can still claim back unfair credit card charges after finishing my IVA in Febuary this year?

The bank has to comply with the FSA Complaint Handling guidelines, not any timeframe you give them. I'm afraid you'll just have to be patient and wait for them to contact you.
