    All,

Just a query, my father has 3 Credit cards that are currently being paid off by payplan, will he still be able to claim on these for missed payments etc ?

    Many Thanks

    Matt
Absolutely he can which should reduce his overall debt if not wipe them out.

Couple of other questions if I may:-

I do not own a cheque book, will postal orders for £10 do when asking for all my statements ?

As the accounts are closed ( 2x Barclay card, 1 virgin and 1 halifax) and are with Payplan will they pay direct into account or send cheques ?

Also does anyone know the address to send a statement request to Lloyds Credit Card

    Thanks

    Yes on postal order.
likelihood is that it will be paid to the accounts but if the amount is higher than the amount owing then they should send you the remainder.
Will check on the last bit re LloydsTSB

    Hi all :)
I'm in the middle of a few claims atm and hit a few questions I hope someone can hep me out with since everyone here seems so experienced!
First Mint...hubbies card and he has 17 £12 since 2006, he wrote and asked for them to be paid and mint have replied saying they are in the guidelines etc, is this worth going for a 2nd letter since there are only £12 charges ?

2nd Citi have said they have received the cheque and they are happy to send out statements but will I send 2 proofs of id to confirm I wish to go ahead.Has anyone come across this before?

3rd.. Barclaycard say they have sent my soa out 24th September, I still havent received them so I called last week ( 9 days tday) they said they were sending another set out and it would take 7 days but still nothing :( is this usual? and when I ring is there anything I need to say to get them moving with it?

    Thanks in advance

2nd Citi have said they have received the cheque and they are happy to send out statements but will I send 2 proofs of id to confirm I wish to go ahead.Has anyone come across this before? Is the address different to the one that they have regularly sent statements?

Just ask them which address they have sent them to and were they sent 1st class or 2nd class
    Thanks in advance

Hi thanks a lot for the comments :)
Yes the address for Citi is the usual one. The account is no longer being used and is lying dormant though if thats a possible reason ?

Yes and No. When was the last time that they sent you a statement?

Hi, I'm taking a guess here that the last statemnet was approx. 18 months ago to this address. Presumably when I send the 2 forms of ID I state on the letter I would like them to be sent out within 40 days from the date of my first letter asking for my SOA?

    Thanks again
