Hi Everone,
I sent a SAR off to Goldfish on 16th June (1st class) for two accounts (one formerley Morgan Stanley. I received no reply. I sent a reminder on 27th July - to date still nothing. Has anyone else had this sort of delay with Goldfish? Most other companies appear to have reasonable turn around times and often return the £10 fee.
Any info would be appreciated.
You have sent it to the right address? Sounds stupid i know but Morgan Stanley did become part of Goldfish but they in turn are now Barclaycard!
Send it to Barclaycard and you will get a reply within 40 days but they do push it to the limit of the 40! Address below -

hi all, i am claiming my charges back from marbles, i asked for al charges (including £12 charges) and interest, they have offered only the difference between the £12 and £25 charges and no interest, just wondering if its worth holding out for more? has anybody had any dealings with marbles?
thanks, andy0 -

I have received the list of all the default charges for late payments and going over my credit limit from Cap. One but the list is really confusing!
It includes screen prints of various pages on my account which seem irrelevent?!
It also has statements dating back to when i opened my account in 2004.
Do i just add up all the charges applied? It seems they were charging me £20 for each late payment / going over my limit, so I'm thinking about asking for the full amount first, and if they wont give me that, i'll ask for £8 (difference between £12 and £20)
Has anyone else received a massive bundle like this when they requested the information from Capitol One?
MINT gave me a very easy to understand list and i had a full refund within 2 weeks!0 -

Likelihood is that they will offer the difference and the question is whether you accept it or not at the point they offer it,

Let's hope the same happens with Cap One.0 -
