    Hi

I am currently have a DMP in place with several major credit card companies - this is so far working well. However, I would like to reclaim the charges applied to all these accounts, but do not want to jeopardise them back tracking on the current reduced payment agreements or refuse future reduced payments via the DMP. Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences about this? By reclaiming I reckon there could be at least 1k which could be padi off my outstanding debts.

The likelihood is that any refund would go to your DMP but as you have said that could mean that everything is paid off and you finish completely with the DMP

Hi all, I have received an offer from my credit card company for less than half of the claim but my problem is that they say that if I do not accept the offer, it will be reduced to 32 gbps within a certain time, is this legal? It is an answer I was not expecting and I do not know how to deal with the letter.

Is the amount they are offering the full amount including the £12 amounts or the difference? If the amount is not what you are claiming then I know what I would be saying but not reprintable on the forum ;)

Reject the letter in writing and state that you will allow them 7 days to offer final resolution to save them additonal expenses that they would incur from the Financial Ombudsman(£500 case fee) and/or additional legal costs. Send it recorded delivery and follow through on it.

How can you prove what was said unless you record the call. Writing is better and means you have a copy

    Hi,
I am a student and I paid my course by my credit card. Unfortunately, my college was closed down due to financial difficulties and the students were transfered to another college. They said they transfer all the details and the money we paid to them. But my new college says they didn't receive any money from the previous college. I am worring about getting this money back. Is there any chance for me to claim this money from the credit card company, which my credit card belongs?

    Thanks.
