Yep, absolutely. You can go back 6 years and in all likelihood it will reduce the overall debt you will pay. Any PPI on any of those loans?
Thanks so much! I will have to dig out the original paperork (hoping I kept it!) Do you know where I could find a template letter to send and what I actually have to ask for? (Sorry I dont have a clue!)
    thanks again,
    Mo:beer:

There is a PPI thread on the forum, if you ask there they will be able to help on the PPI side of things.

Hi, last week i received the Sar from Adams (Creation Financial Services Ltd), sent them a request to pay me back the charges over last 6 years about £550 and surprise, surprise, letter came back today saying addressee has gone away  What does it mean? I sent it to the Radcliffe House in Solihul. Just don't understand - there is no one there to accept? They surely send letters if your late with payments:confused:

I have received today an acknowledgment letter from Adams saying they will look at my complaint and will get back to me in 20 days. The template i sent stated a full answer should be given in 14 days, so are they playing up, or the 14 days is just for acknowledgment?
    Thanks in advance!

  • Please tell me you haven't put together the credit card charges with the bank charges and sent one reclaim letter?

No, of course not, they are two totally seperate claims - bank charges are under a hardship claim -3000GBP plus now and the credit card charges are completely seperate.
  • I've got a response from my other capital one account which had the £30 charges rather than the £12 and they've offered me £146 which is the difference should i push for the original amount or accept it and run? lol

Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/.rent, council tax, utilities)?
This is specifically on the hardship issue.

The credit card one should be easier.
