Hi, last week i received the Sar from Adams (Creation Financial Services Ltd), sent them a request to pay me back the charges over last 6 years about £550 and surprise, surprise, letter came back today saying addressee has gone away
What does it mean? I sent it to the Radcliffe House in Solihul. Just don't understand - there is no one there to accept? They surely send letters if your late with payments

I received a cheque yesterday from Lloyds for £107.85 for CC charges although I did claim for £435.87. I am looking to claim the remainder although they don't state anything along with the cheque as to what it pays for.
What is the next step to take. Also can I cash the cheque and say I have taken £107.85 as the first installment and look forward to receiving the remainder?
Thanks in advance0 -
Thank you! I had the two addresses but as i sent the Sar to the Radcliffe House and got the reply quickly i sent the request as well to the same address. Will post it today. Thanks a lot!0

I received a cheque yesterday from Lloyds for £107.85 for CC charges although I did claim for £435.87. They state the £107.85 is for the difference since 2006 between £12 and what charges were.

I wouldn't cash the cheque but send it back and remind them that the OFT 842 report on page 2 or 3(google it and you will be able to read it) that only a court can decide a fair fee.UCNShaun06 wrote: »I received a cheque yesterday from Lloyds for £107.85 for CC charges although I did claim for £435.87.
