May I suggest that you start downloading your monthly statements in future, then you'll have your own record rather that finding that its all gone awry and you cant find out what been going on.
Even worse when the company goes bust and some debt collection agency starts chasing you and you've lost all the evidence to prove that your accounts are up to dateNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
yes i have the invoices. as posted above i also have the current invoice which is just 1 that shows all readings and payments from past 11 months.
are others seeing the same on their accounts? 1 invoice instead of previous monthly ones?0 -

It varies, I have now left but in the past I have had multiple, monthly bills that just stopped mid last year. Sorted with 3 initial bills then 1 big bill covering 9 months or so of usage. Then I had an issue they produced monthly bills, then another issue which resulted in one single bill for nearly a year. Then back to monthly. Have had the same bill number with different amounts.
I have 59 bills that I have stored from them over an 18ish month timescale !0 -
I've been with them for seven months now and the website shows seven individual monthly invoices, all correct.0

Avoid like the plague. Impossible to contact - never answer the phone and never respond to emails, and the website (such as it is) is very rarely working. A complete shambles; can't see them being around much longer.0

my switch to bulb happens at midnight, heard nothing from eversmart thought they had to send a letter/email to check if the switch actually wants to take place incase it was bogus
I can now see my bills on eversmart again, i have entered my final reading as well as given to bulb
not sure if i should cancel my direct debit and wait for final bill to be sent ??0 -

I emailed them last month about unable to logon, and apart from a we're working really hard to get things sorted reply, I still can't logon to the newer website.0 -
useless, just now had another "your switch had been objected" i have paid the debt 2 weeks ago. so what now? 30mins wait for phone and 1 hour for web chat. really !!!!! nowhere fast0
