            yes it is working now.
 bills /invoice is now showing as only 1, previously it was shown monthly, so only got 1 invoice with everything on ? going have to work through it all!!!!!0

 It looks like they are now billing on non working days - I did a belt and braces and submitted on 5th and 7th just in case they changed the way they worked and they have. It would seem they are now paying their gnome to work weekends !If 7th is your normal date then today, 5th, is the submission date as 7th is on a non working day - I figured out their system !0

            web site not working again. New log in screen seems the problem as worked yesterday with original log in, now gone back to new look, not working.0

 I tried this morning, around 8:50, wouldn't accept password. Tried going through the 'reset password' process, no joy.
 TBH I don't know what their system thinks my password is now, I've tried changing it so many times.
 This is using Chrome. I'll try Edge when I get home, just to see.
 Edit: Just tried using Internet Explorer 11, here at work - going to their website shows a really weird homepage. Big blank at the top, then icons about switching. No log-in option anywhere and at the bottom, a long vertical black bar in the middle of a blank screen. Obviously broken for Explorer 11 users.0

            why not just try firefox, just checked and working fine for me0

            Just logged ok with IE, Edge, Chrome and Firefox.0
