19th July - Problem with Proof of Deposit upload - reuploaded by Broker with narrative
19th July - Survey carried out
20th July - Offer issued - checked and confirmed by Broker
21st July - Contract checks complete
22nd July - Additional enquiries sent
23rd July - Survey report returned
27th July - Documents reviewed and okayed with solicitor
4th August - Searches back
31st August - Final enquiries back

🤮 hope you get it sorted. I’m sure the clause is that they agree to remove all rubbish but I have read some stories on here of all kinds of things left behind!baileykxo said:

This happened to my sister - if it's not listed on Fixtures and Fittings then they were required to remove it before handing over the keys. I feel like screaming to be honest, my solicitor can’t complete as she’s waiting on the cash statement , I don’t know 🤷♀️ my solicitor have said she’s holding the funds so I’m hoping now tomorrow hurry’s up, but I bet u I will be in the same boat when something will go wrong 😑Monsternextdoor said:
