- Credit Karma - Transunion
They're all free and will send you alerts for any hard searches, as well as showing them on your report if they've already been conducted.10th June - DIP submitted

Would the hard search come up with all of these? My application is supposed to be in the final stages but I did not see a hard search in Experian... It is possible the would not do a hard search at all or would is it more likely it has not been picked up for some reason?0

E_D_FTB said:No, so it all depends on which credit agency they do the search through. So, for example, they did ours through Transunion, so it's only showing on my Credit Karma report. It might be worth setting up accounts where you can see you Transunion/Equifax reports to see if the searches has been done on one of those, rather than Experian.0

Having a bit of a nightmare with Nationwide and the valuation; it took place first thing Monday morning, the surveyor confirmed they submitted it to Nationwide first thing yesterday and yet I’ve heard nothing from Nationwide since.The underwriting took a long time as well.28 May - Full application submitted
28 May - Hard search
11 June - Valuation booked for 28 June
17 June - Valuation moved to 21 June
21 June - Valuation at 9am
22 June - Countrywide confirmed valuation submitted to Nationwide

It took ten days for me between "valuation submitted" and a request for further documents... Silence in between...0
