It’s not been expedited so you need to ask the conveyancer to request expedition through their secure portal and to lodge documentary evidence to confirm the sale/purchase. They haven’t done that yet.Once expedited then it is usually considered within 2 weeks and hopefully it’s all in order. If it is then great but if not wait times get stretched
I have just emailed solicitor and asked him to expedite and provide evidence of the sale. He said that he spoke to the land registry 6-7 weeks ago and that the lease and registration were being expedited.
If everything is in order when it is considered will the lease then get registered or will there still be a wait?
Are you able to give an estimate of how many more months this could all take?
Thank youOne of us can’t be right and it reads as if he asked but hasn’t checked to confirm as IF it had been expedited he’d have been told when he askedIf it’s in order then it’s completed there and then. If it’s not expedited then the wait time is 9+ months from receipt
I’ll flag it with colleagues to see if we can expedite it but I’d encourage you to ask the conveyancer to check for themselves also“Official Company Representative

Hi,
We completed our house purchase in early Jan 2021. About four months later Land Registry started showing price paid but we have as of yet to see our Title Deed.
I just noticed now, 7 months later, that the Land Registry stopped showing our Price Paid data transaction and as of yet still no Title Deed.
Why would Land Registry show our transaction data 3 months ago only for them to take it off now?
Is something odd going on? Should I worry? When can I expect our Title Deed?Title number SY307387

Suggest you contact your conveyancer to ask them to clarify details and confirm timescales. When they relodge it will wait several weeks before being processed again but that wait should not be a concern“Official Company Representative

Whilst you can apply by post for copies of the correspondence far quicker, cheaper and better to ask them to clarify/confirm for you as their client“Official Company Representative

Hello, I’m wondering if someone can advise on how long it takes for the Land Registry to remove a restriction once an RX3 form has been sent to them.
I am 95% the way through selling my house and purchasing a new one and this restriction came up just last week. It’s about some retained land which should have been taken off my title when I purchased however my previous solicitors didn’t, and as a result it’s stopping my sale going through.Lots of to’ing and fro’ing but finally they’ve submitted it to LR but I don’t know how long it takes.Does anyone have any advice or info?
