Morning all.
Pleasures for yesterday
1. had fun with a lump hammer, knocking down a partition
2. electrician came and moved the light switch that said partition was holding (it's only function was holding the light switch, which is now on an adjacent wall). It's really opened up the room.
3. Plasterer finally got in touch to say he's coming today - keep your fingers crossed.
4. saw my nephew and his family - unexpectedly. They;ve come to the neighbouring village for the weekend. i didn't know they were coming, they didn't know i was here.
5.a well-deserved g and t after lugging bits of plasterboard, stud and carpet down two flights of stairs.
have a great weekend allI wanna be in the room where it happens9 -
Bangers and Mash. Proper Food!
Not Piles!
Chicken bake! No comment as gran came from Orby!
DD is only half time!
I must miss all this thing not watching MSM since 21:33Z 1982-05-03. Just thinks how the sheople are used as puppets for things. I do check my plastic, but virtually none! Most trolleys I sea at the bootique were full of ready meals, crisps and snacks like. Not seen for a while as I shops at the discount surplus store! On its weigh out!
Was at the quack centre last day for Jenny to have her test and reset! She has bin inn for 3,732 days, butt she is now very old and on her last legs! Her battery is running low, so she is getting ready for a rip out and replace. Moor details in about 9 months!
Came home and Kitty was not happy of her dad bee inn out for so long and was demanding decent food to be putt into her bowl so she can steer at it!
Went and filled the wheels and then plucked the Albatross from her work back home, setting another land speed record as I did so! The Albatross will have a crack at it next Thursday! Details will follow!
Did the mixed gorilla for dinner last nite. Small fillet stake, cumbia snorker, with gammon stake as well! Served with craft spring onion and toms. Topped with pan grilled mushrooms. Very tasty as well. Maid the buzzard tika for two days barbecue
Watched another Bond last nite. The Spy Who Loved Me. Wobbleades and a few cheeses were taken as well!
Up early for the Saturday Snorkers! Had a flame over on the grill, so all the fat from last nite was quickly blown over. Do not try this at home, The Admiral is a professional! We style has the snorker, best back, toms mushrooms with poached egg on marmite crumpet! Tea was mugged!
Now sits righting me ditty again with a piece of chocolate Swiss role (no lemon ones inn the discount surplus store!), a few gems of Midgets and me mug of tee! Note: If you are offended that I am eating midgets, shop at the bootique MS as they call them summit else!
I am after a name for when Jenny is retired, so yous think Buzby fits?
Jen is on her last legs so
Keep off the grass!I work from home so my cat can be fed on demand!11 -
Must dash, but here we go -
1. This has to be immediate, new numéro un:😁
https://www.facebook.com/groups/682100658655545/permalink/1971252336407031/
2. More growing walnuts found and potted up, 1 in a part-used sack of compost with top well and truly folded down and anchored. No idea how it arrived there. Makes about 20 now.😃
3. Scoured 3 excess modern Thermoses to pass on. Even & doesn't need 7!😁 Current stock: 2x500ml, plus 1ltr purple+1ltr green, identical battered keepers, bought in NZ CSs on last 2 trips, 2017 and 2019.
4. Still in No Mow May, but only because of météo, which at least meant small water in rain butts yesterday. Sowed Marmande toms and 3 interesting varieties of climbing beans. On verra - especially as & didn't cover them and 2 new, totally unafraid robins said Hello yesterday. They might have found them already!
5. Welcome call from CUBG that Membership refund is en route. CUBG system probs seem standard. Add them to &'s Fenny notspot and.... 😁. Love an unexpected refund.
Love CUBG.❤💚💙🤎💛🤍🧡💜

Indeed admiral - we then watched the arbroath extra time and penalty shoot out. I was very lucky my lovely local publican had reserved Luton match in the back parlour for me (the smallest of the 3 tvs) as everyone else in the pub was following arbroath with baited breath (no pun intended, arbroath being famous for its fishing trade). he's booked me same time same place same team Monday. Right, time to get on, see y'all later xxxMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

Today must be the nicest day of the year so far, glorious sunshine but not unbearably hot.Pleasures for today.
1. DD3 arrived for an overnight visit, lovely time putting the world to rights eating ice cream whilst sat in the garden….first time this year legs out all round, after careful deliberation I’ve won the whitest legs competition.2. Popped to Go Outdoors for a new rucksack, came back with a new sundress for my hollibobs too.
3. Dogs clip and grooms booked for next week, so cool and sweet smelling pooches soon, which will be welcome as the old boy is looking hot and bothered today.
4. Veggies all growing nicely and loads of flowers on the strawberries.
3. BBQ and evening drinks later to look forward to.
Have a lovely weekend folks.Well Behaved women seldom make history

Hello
Not quite bedtime but not far off it! Alarm went off at 4am this morning.Very quick doggy walk, I saw the fox behind us. Always a thrill. In at work early. Then onwards in to fat club! Was a bit early so went a big walk around the nearby park ( wasn’t worth going home just to head back out again. Another thrill…3 small parrots in a tree. A few weeks when we were down our local woodlands a lady said there’s parrots here and we all sniggered! Who was sniggering this morning! Not I! Beyond thrilling. Felt like I was back in Australia! Anyway on my way forward I met my friend who was also early so we went another lap of the park. Then saw cygnets on the pond! A Lovely start to the day. Then the joy continues…slimmer of the week! Hurrah! And a big bag of goodies ( we all take something in ( skinny food😆) and then as if that wasn’t enough I then went and won the raffle! So a big bag full of salads, stir fries and fruit salad! Then went and had a scone at the garden centre! Two loads of washing out and dried! This working malarkey gets in the way as does stinking wet weather. Todays been dry and mild ( not really warm but I’ll take the dry!)
Planted up some very RTC plants I’d got mid week.
Voice is absolutely rubbish! At the moment almost non existent! I should probably totally rest it but what with work and blethering to friends…

For yesterday,
Bit of a lie-in followed by coffee & croissants.
Over to see equine pal, little wander around then grazed her in hand for a while, at one point she stopped and put her head up as the nearby crows were making a right racket, sure enough Mr Fox appeared on the other side of the field obviously on the hunt for eggs or chicks. We sat in the garden after lunch, very warm in the sun and I kept having to go into the shade under the apple tree, shorts had their first outing of the year!
Watched and enjoyed the match, we were very much a red house as it’s DSS’s team so pleased with the final result, cooler once finished so walked small dog around the fields.
Dipped in and out of Eurovision but good to see our song do well.10
