4) curry for tea then was going to have an early night but Dr M messaged to say pub but only staying till 8:30 so admit I went. he says he hopes I'm here for his 60th - as luck would have it ,due to dd2's graduation, I have put off external in Malta to following week so will be
5) ok so we stayed till 9:30, lovely evening, saw friends i haven't seen for a while, walked home with Dr M then I walked the boys and now I'm in bed listening to the last episode of add to playlist. I have soooo loved the series.MrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

1) Not a bad sleep.

3) Popped to Sainsburys to get bits for tea.
4) Went to see mum and dad.
5) Sorted out paperwork both for smaller son and financial.
6) Went to the library to print out forms (see above).

For yesterday,
Capt S had booked a long weekend off so lazier start then the treat of breakfast out.
We both had eggs and smoked salmon in different guises, good chat about future plans, we both have a big birthday in a couple of years time.
Over to see pony, something different today as we did some playful groundwork, she will now place a hoof on objects when asked, more tricks planned.
Home and an afternoon spent in the garden, pottered around but mostly sat in chairs in read, good to see my beloved relaxing.
Snap on curry for tea, chicken with veggie samosas and a naan.

1. A day off and the sun shone.
2. Went on a dog walk and the bluebells are almost out in some areas.
3. Had an sight test and references glasses. Think will be able to see better with them.
4. Walked to the bank along the High Street and the castle looked good with all the flower beds having lots of bulbs and flowers in them. Paid in a large cheque which will be saved in my emergency fund.
5. Had another remedial massage - very sore but felt in less pain after.
6. Time in the garden enjoying myself and relaxing9 -
We’ve had a sad time with a sudden ferret loss Kat of Kit and Kat passed away, and Kit is just starting to realise his twin brother isn’t physically here, so trying to keep him distracted.
1 We visited the inlaws yesterday, company is always a pleasure.
2 Taking it easy today a bit of gardening.
3 Gathering things together and realising we will need to do a couple of tip runs, so booked the first one in.
4 DH replacing some of the greenhouse glass with plexi, hoping to give away the full sheets of glass.
5 I’ve just ordered in a Chinese meal.

Hello. Bedtime. As alarm is set for really silly o’clock ( and even sillier as I lose an hour)
Up at silly o’clock. Quick doggy dash. Work for a couple of hours.Out walking dog just after 7am. What a stunning start to the day.Started a new book.Went to l!dl A nice chap gave me a £5 off coupon.
then picked up DD2. We went to castle for breakfast. I’d a ‘roll’ ( minus the roll!) and sliced sausage. We sat outside and it was lovely and warm .

Pleasures for today (Saturday)
1) Not a bad sleep.
2) Another hen gone. She was in the sleeping quarters of her pen, fat and glossy so you would think nothing was wrong with her. The pleasure is the one remaining hen seems fine and she still has the company of the hen belonging to the allotment owner.
3) Found 2 geocaches as I seem to be on a streak of discovering them.
4) Bought a birthday present ready for bigger son's girlfriend's 21st.
5) Went to watch the football. After 6 lose/draw games, they won 5-0 !
6) Had a Chinese takeaway for tea.
7) Watched Casualty.11 -
Purple_kitten and Frith - sorry about your pets. Hard to lose a family member - no matter what kind they are. Take it easy.12

PK and Frith, sorry to hear about your little ones, they had good lives with you.
For yesterday,
Bit of lie-in, always a pleasure in fresh sheets.
Spent the morning in the garden, cut the grass and then tackled the buddleia, saw a couple of big bumbles plus a brimstone butterfly. It was warm in the sunshine.
We have a Robin who seems to have built a nest in the small willow tree and spends most of her days sitting at the top singing for a mate, feel a bit sorry for her so fingers crossed Mr Robin turns up soon
United broke their losing streak and got 3 points.
Evening walk with Capt S and small dog, so much blossom out in the hedgerows.
Started new book, The White Ship, factual rather than fiction but very interesting and I do love history.
Payday treat of a takeaway.12
