Lovely news about your ring PK
For yesterday,
Foggy old start to the day but burnt off mid morning so washing dried outside.
Busy with chores and errands, all ticked off the to do list.
Chat with my uncle and a catch up on family news.
Over to the yard and just in time to say goodbye & good luck to fellow livery moving on to pastures new, worked my girl in the school then me and another owner grazed our horses in hand and had a good catch up.
Our decorators finished painting all outside doors and windows, look smashing.

Hens bed and men in Orange!Hold on!
Finished off the stove brewed curry last night for dinner, served with sticky rice, from long pane of curse. Remember that expensive bashcarpi is only long grain repackaged! Then strawbs and bits!
Watched moor comedy on the stream service, after finishing the Falkland programme. nearly true. AVM Hayr was mentioned. I knew him as he flew his own seafury. Tragically crashed one a few years ago now! Was a very true gent! Wobbleade and cheeses were taken as well!
Tuck the Albatross to her work this morning and went to the discount surplus store! Got an angle grinder and table saw! No, gets some food inn though! Current saving against the boutique that stopped the free paper and does not take pre paid vouchers, 50% more expensive at £2675 against £1790! Avoid the boutique!
Now offs to town to get headlamp bulb for our wheels!

Afternoon all
Sorry about the pets PK and Frith(but great news about your ring, PK)
Five pleasures since last time:
1. Had another cubic metre of wood delivered. It feels extravagant, especially now that the weather is warming up (sort of) but I'm not using any other space heating and the woodburner is so cheering.
2. Was invited over to DS2's girlfriend's new house at the weekend. Spent a happy couple of hours chatting over a cuppa with the two of them.
3. Met up with DS1 to give him some post that had been delivered to me. He ended up buying me a coffee. I can't remember when I last sat in a cafe! Lovely to spend time with him too.
4. Primroses seem to have spread themselves over the whole of my miniscule lawn. It looks so pretty and definitely won't be able to be mown for quite some time.
5. Collected my new glasses. Mega cheap frames and NHS lenses but they feel very comfy.
Have a happy rest of day.

That is good news about the ring, PK.
Pleasures for today (Tuesday)
1) Not a bad sleep.
2) Smaller son went to college. Nearly all the staff are off sick, to the point that they couldn't collect and drive in all the pupils. His English and maths teachers were off but the biology man is still going strong! He also played badminton.
3) Hen OK.
4) I found a few geocaches in floody city before collecting smaller son at 12.
5) Watched Holby City. Quite upsetting that it is the last ever episode.13 -
Hello, another year older and maybe wiser? Hmm!Woken by a vomiting dog! Grrrrr ( that was me not the dog)
Then went back to sleep and woken by a hungry doggy!Chat to DD1.
Lots of lovely messages all day.Haircut. Very short. Love it ( till I need to try and recreate myself)
Home and out to local castle with doggy. Had a nice walk and a nice roll and sliced sausage. He had a piece of sausage just for him. Lovely walk through hundreds of daffodils. Just amazingly hello! Not warm but dry and mild.Home and cut the grass. Sigh! That’s it started then!Sat in garden and read for a wee while and might have had a snoozette.
Lots of lovely cards and gifts which I will use and appreciate. Lots of flowers.
phoned my sister.
Friends came for Tuesday tea and also the beau. Had a good laugh as usual and much chatter. The boy child phoned me to wish me a happy birthday, so all have been spoken to today.A good day.13 -

Good morning. Very rainy today.
Happy birthday Mhagster. Sounds like a good one.
A long walk again despite another sea fret.
Brightened in the afternoon and our friend came to stay.
Chinese meal out for tea. First meal out this year. Was absolutely lovely.
Then, the highlight, The Fureys. Booked nearly three years ago, rearranged three times but we got there. A great mix of old and new, happy and sad, and some particularly poignant at the moment. Well worth the wait.
Back to the caravan to set the world to rights. Friends, music , good food, laughter - perfect.
Happy Wednesday everyone14
