Quick update.
My SIL's lumps were Lipoma/fatty lumps. Phew and Yippeeeeee........
My blood results came in at high white cell count, very high lymphocyte count. Indication (perhaps) of viral infection and could explain dizziness and chest pains, so not anxiety. Or it could be something else, which I am not going to think about. Have ordered postal Covid test. Then further blood test.
In the meantime ONE heater has turned up. Better than nothing.

4) Hens ok.
5) Started the bigger son gone tidy up!
6) Went to the launderette and walked a few miles while the washing went round.
7) My replacement washing machine voucher arrived.
8) Tasty tea of pork loin chops in cream sauce (a smaller son favourite) with veg.
9) Just did the first online session of the Mental Health First Aider course.
10) Will go to bed just now and watch DIY SOS then Pottery Throwdown.15 -

Happy Tuesday Folks!OMG! 41 posts since I last looked......it may take me a while 🙂
Recents
1. Valentines 'Disco' themed evening was a success. Cocktails are always welcomed in our house 🥳
2. Some eBay successes......I have set up a page for DMiL who has moved to a care home. DSiL has started to clear her wardrobes. They are full of clothes from M&S which have never been worn 😱 I am going to list them on the Bay. Any sales will go into an account for treats for her 🙂
3. Retreating to DS2 bedroom to use the sewing machine is a sanctuary. DD has yoga, DH has his Sci fi programmes, DS1 has his PlayStation etc........If it gets too much, I plan to escape to Kinver to live in a cave with Boy Greyhound. 🤣
4. Sorting and minimising of shelves, cupboards and storage boxes continues. I can see a difference, which makes me feel happy. 🙂
5. Saved the best till last.......DD has got her dream job 🥳 A professional dance job for an international designer. We celebrated with pink Prosecco. Soooooo happy for her ❤️Have a lovely day 🙂In a world where you can be anything, be kind. (Caroline Flack)

Woohoo, congratulations to HE’s daughter on getting the job 🎉
For yesterday,
Opening the back door to let small dog out first thing and not getting an artic blast in the face, much milder.
Capt S had a catch up chat with consultant, latest blood tests show lowered inflammation indicators which is good, she still wants to send him for a scan though. He gets bad cramps as a result of the steroids, she recommended upping quinine and potassium intake so a banana split with a chaser of a G&T it is ☺️Long periods of sunshine and over at the yard all the equines were giddy with the excitement of no rugs, two of the small ponies were doing zoomies around their paddock, bless them.
My beauties grey muzzle and planting a kiss on the softest part.
The days are stretching out and no lamps needed until nearly 6.15 -

I wanna be in the room where it happens15 -
Good afternoon all, pleasures for yesterday...
Half term so no alarm clock set for the morning. We slept until almost 8am. It's very rare that I get a lie-in. Welcomed even more as it was blood test day and I wasn't allowed breakfast.
Spare bed and a chest of drawers with a broken bottom drawer gone to the tip. I've had the chest of drawers since I was 28 so after 25 years it didn't owe me anything. I need to start taking things off the shelves in the spare room now because the shelves are going back into the cupboard in the HT's bedroom.
The HT has agreed that he probably doesn't need or want all the things that were crammed into the afore mentioned cupboard. The stuff that he doesn't want to keep will be divided between the bay of E, the charity shop and the bin.
Leaving the house to collect my looked after person and feeling the sun warm on my face. After walking in the minus temps on Saturday, warm sun was a very welcome change.
Work finished, hot bath and pjs then reading for a bit before bed. I was tired yesterday. I blame the lack of breakfast
Congrats to Miss H_E on her new job!
Take care all of you14
