DfV The butchers box was a local offer, DH liked it I think it was the free cherry pie that swayed it, we might possibly opt for once every 2 months, we’ll see.

&, They are great photo's, and also thinking of you, with the op tomorrow.

Not a pleasure, I had an unpleasant pain flair the worst for a long time, but thankfully it’s subsiding, in fairness I am lucky as I have it under great control normally..

1 HM chicken pie packed with all good things.

2 A day back from urgent plans, that have been postponed.

3 I ordered DH a couple of lightweight fleece jacket things, as he went to put on last years one which is now 3 sizes to big. The jacket was on sale and also a voucher, it’s also a bright royal blue, he loves colour.

4 I made a cheat jus rol cinabon thing as a treat, they were ridiculously easy, I know not HM but used it up.

5 A chat with DB.

1) still foggy up here so another spooky first thing walk with the boys
2) last of the hm mulligatawny for lunch
3) lots of birds visiting the new feeding station
4) cuppa wit( mum then back for jackets and bol
5) and mrpiano called. Alabama is hot and humid. Met one of his house mates - trumpeter with a dog called Ellie oh yes and me too Ellie too :-)

Good morning Everyone......Posters and Lurkers and those too busy or poorly. 😘

Yesterday
1. DH went to the tip, so some more rubbish removed from the garden.
2. Trip to town, and sorted a bank account. 

3. Bank took ages, so we had free Caffè Nero and a sausage roll sitting on a bench in the Cathedral Square. DH Googled a monument, so now we know why there is an obelisk celebrating an obscure battle in The Sudan in a church yard in Birmingham! 

4. Lovely mild weather, but it is not drying the clothes 🙄
5. Spaghetti Bolognaise for tea. Clear plates and seconds for some. 🙂

I did not think I could manage 5 🤣

1. Bala - thought of you with this one. Walking before going into work I saw a blackbird having a bath in a puddle.
2. Had basic life support training. It was very different to normal. Need to wear level 3 PPE to do anything.
3. All patients had cancelled so finished paperwork and took 2 hours short notice annual leave as my back was in pain.
4. Walked round the garden it was nice seeing it in light during the week.
5. Watched Holby and GBBO.

Morning all   - glad Frith  is  OK.
Ampersand  - hope all  goes well.   The  Oresund bridge  is  flipping  expensive if  you take a caravan over it   - in 2011 it cost  us  £80 each   way!!

pleasures  for  monday
1. working  hard at learning to do not  much.  Doesn't   come naturally  to  me.
2. started sorting a  spreadsheet  of our spending over the last  year   from bank  statements.   We are  planninng  to  see  a  finnanncial   advisor  and  they will   ask for this innfo.  Been askinng OH  to   do  it  for  nnnearly 2 years...
3.  Watched  another 'Queen's  Gambit'   -  fantastically   done
4. sold my shelf unit on marketplace - only a fiver but it's gone to a good home.  Just the TV unit to go
5. we   had a rounnd  of cleanning between three of us (DS was at work).  I even used polish!!

And yesterday
1. Teaching  went better than last  week - except when 'Teams' threw us all out.   
2. washing on the line  - largely dried
3. A breakthrough  with one  branch of the family tree  using  some detective   work. 
4.  salmon   for tea - i love  salmon
5. made potato cakes   for  lunch   -  had  one  topped   with a  fried  egg.

For yesterday,

Tasty breakfast of scrambled egg on marmite toast.

As always time spent with my equine girlie, very mild morning and she was being a tad lazy so got hot!

Long chat with my bf, always find this time of year hard as it brings back memories of DM’s last illness so it was good to talk things through with my lovely friend.

Filling up bird feeders when all of a sudden our resident sparrow hawk flew past, closely followed by a screeching goldfinch of all things, no idea if the raptor had taken its mate but the tiny bird was clearly angry.

Used up the last leaves of my kitchen Basil plant in a small batch of pesto, frozen into an ice cube tray for ease.

Hard Work Bee Inn BoP!

Stood for the silence. Decoration on! Connections are now being lost with Suez and Korea these days. But the warrior was buried 100 years ago today. Though at the cenotaph, it was not until an early morning raid, the the RAF Ensign was placed on the west side. This was done on 1st April 1943!

Had poached egg and mushrooms for brakefest, with orange juice. Now is has mes elevenses, mug of tea and a seal bar from the A1D! Tasty and always a proper drink!

Kept up with the footie last nite. Kitty is not getting it rite! Flap, failed! I dare not go on! She is a blooming madam!

Last nite court up with some Ted Lasso! Thinks I knows what is going too happen, but very good. Not recommended for DfV or & as it has a few crude words! Cocoa, crumpet and cheese was aten!

Done the floors and mopped up, Kitty was chasing the mop and the brush! Had a crash, mes DH:88 Comet racer crashed and her wheels came off! Need some fix! Details soon! Mind you I finally gets mes flesh paint for the Mossie! I know, its inn code! Tuff! Keep watching!
