Hello. It’s been a chilly one here today but hurrah that Trumps on his way out! Of course he’ll be kicking and screaming all the way but hu-blooming-rah.
Up early.
Cleaned second part of patio. Looks so much better. Ghastly green algae be gone.
Went to supermarket ( after frost defrosted off car) I was in no rush.
Hoovered, cleaned my bathroom. Did daughter bedding yesterday and sons today so trying to get that dried.Very quick chat to DD1, we hurrahed the news!Mini snoozette.Went a little puppy walk today with a little puppy ( who still has very sharp teeth)
Have a whole chicken roasting in the oven ( very rare occurrence as I don’t do bones) and leftover from work potatoes and very rtc parsnips. Need to pop out in 20 minutes to pick up work keys then I’m in for the night with my dinner and Strictly!Fire is on.12 -
Good evening all,
Happy belated Birthday Mr BoP
My five for yesterday....
We woke up before the alarm, Always cheers me up because I think that we've had enough sleep then.
The HT went to school without moaning
I'm using up some of the wool stash by knitting hats for the local mission. It's been keeping people in this town fed and clothed since Victorian times so it's a good cause for donations. I finished another hat and started the next.
Some photos of my great nephew sent from my sister. He is just so cute!
Played online game and chatted to best friend for a couple of hours.
Take care all of you

Cranky40, quick question - which pattern & what size needles do you use to knit hats.
Thanks

A belated Happy Birthday BOP.
I wrote a lot of pleasures this week but forgot to post, so to start afresh
1 Full house cleaned, hoovered, mopped and bathroom deep cleaned, dusted etc.
2 Using up freezer bits was dinner and surprisingly nice Iceland chicken.
3 Animals making us smile, thankfully they don’t react to the random firework noises.
4 Started re reading the Christmas chronicles.
5 Freezer use up of a strudel part cooking away will be served with Elmlea in a bit.
