You won't have a problem with your Quidco - if it's tracked it should validate automatically once your bale out period (50-days currently) expires, and get paid in the c3m due - it doesn't depend on which sub package and/or your o2/non-o2 mobile billing status.

Phoning them up to associate a new o2 PAYG # with your a/c should be done asap - if quick enough they may well backdate it to your first sub, but it will at least apply automatically from your second sub onwards.

As you've managed to get your quidco o2 BB sub tracked (and at £60, not the £0 which sometimes it begins its tracking life at) then don't see what you've got to lose from trying to claim an Arsenal shirt too, though as I said before I THINK you'll find it's an alternative reward and as your actual sign up will NOT have been as a result of an Arsenal referral (it MUST have tracked as a QUIDCO referral) but the proof of the pudding is always in the eating and what's the worse that can happen... ie Arsenal claim fails... it's highly unlikely the Quidco one will be undone by it, though it IS possible - I'd keep an eye on that tracking status.

Just ordered my Arsenal shirt and it said

"Thank you, your shirt order has been submitted. Your shirt will be despatched within 14 days of completion of the ‘Return Period’. See FAQs or terms for full details."

Date of connection tomorrow apparently, so far all dates have been correct ;]

Does anyone know if the O2 McAfee version can be installed on a main computer and then using the same CD on another- a laptop for example?

Yes it can be installed on 3 PCs. Make sure that you let the cd autorun and choose to install the McAfee suite otherwise it will not register correctly with O2.

A quickie, my O2 Sims finally turned up the day after our broadband was switched on. Can I now get the £7.50 discounted price and how do you make sure the PAYG is linked to the broadband account?

Sorry, just read this above. However I am a real dummy when it comes to mobiles (I still don't have or want one). I assume I should activate (and credit) the phone before I phone the broadband helpline?

Log into your 02 account and you can update the assocated mobile number there. Not sure if the discount will apply for the first month if that happens late but will for later months if you stay topped up.
