No.
You will need to phone them.
They may insist on you putting it in writing.0 -
Ok - they are just too efficent! I've have just got the text to confirm it will be sent out today- I will have to change the delivery date for Friday as tomorrow isn't convenient.. I think this is too close to the wire - I'll just have to let the Quidco go. Oh well. That 'll teach me a lesson.0

Does anyone else have a problem with the MCAfee antivirus software that comes with O2 broadband. I cant get it registered so its useless so far. I have been on the phone to O2 several times but no one can understand what is going on. I contacted MCAfee and the guy said there are many people on o2 broadband with the same problem and they will get back to me.
I wonder if anyone else had the same problem and got it resolved. Thanks0 -

I must admit that when I changed to o2 I did not install McAfee. I use AVG free and have done for years so saw no need for it.0 -
hi i had a problem wen i first installed mcafee, i dont know if it is the same version as i joined o2 broadband in november 2007.
But basically it wouldnt register for the updates so i had to keep uninstalling and reinstalling, but i needed to run the mcafee installaition tool from the mcafee website to make it work properly0 -
O2 broadband activated today, instant speed increase compared with previous supplier - Madasafish.
Only complaint is that the O2 router only supports 64 bit WEP encryption.
Currently using my existing router, which works fine.
Have not installed McAfee software as I already have an full AV Suite.0 -
I'm now with them, 1.5meg best speed I have ever had on my usually poor & long line . Hope it continues.0

It does support WPA and WPA2 security.
Admittingly, the web based setup screens for speedtouch routers like the o2 wireles box II are user hostile so don't make it easy to change the wireless and other settings.0
