Hope all is okay with DH FBO!

Today has been a NSD and a healthy day. Have been feeling a bit better as the day has gone on, managed to clean the kitchen and bathroom, changed the bed sheets and did the laundry, and have just finished doing some sanding and filling in the living room ready for painting. We moved last year and this is the last room left to paint, but I can't decide on a colour :rotfl: Anything I like OH doesn't like, or we both like it but think it's too dark lol. So I just decided to get the prep and base coat done and then we're ready when we do eventually pick something!

Fbo - hope it's not serious and that you both get home soon. Hugs.

Argh FBO - hope all is OK?
I had a very lovely day of bbq, and looking round the market and a couple of charity shops. Total spend all day = £20.
Rang the insurance company to change my name after marriage - £25 fee!!?? It's never ending!
Tomorrow will be a no spend day out of necessity. I'll swim in the morning (free for me and my under 5) and then visit my Dad.
Next week will also be NSDs right up to Friday so I think I'll reach June's target.
July will be a funny one as I'm on holiday from the 13th. I've got my budgets sorted ready, I just need to work on my willpower.
Exercise going well (including all my training runs for my 10k) but I seem to have a crazy appetite and need to speak to OH cos sugary food has started to creep back into the house and after so long without I can't seem to stop myself!

Didn't post yesterday (again) did about 7000 steps yesterday and today. Had a run yesterday before work, and went to the gym after work. So I have more than achieved my goal this week.
I'm also off to Bristol tomorrow to see my brother (upstairs neighbours are moving to Clevedon and don't have a car so have begged a lift from me. They are going to cover my petrol and a little extra, so I thought I'd make the trip worthwhile and pop 30 mins further up the road to see my bro). We're off for a 2 hour hike which will end with a carvery.
Yesterday wasn't a NSD, I bought a video game. I waited an hour for it to download so I can play it, then it wouldn't load. So I put in for a refund. So NSD 13 in the end.
    Today was a food shop.
Tomorrow will be a spend, so I won't reach my 20 target, but I'm going to see how close I can get.

He'll live - no tendon damage so not career over. He'll not be sewing people back together for some time though.

Damage limitation for the rest of the month. I did finally get my CV in on Friday saying I'm available from a week on Monday. Hopefully I'll have some money coming in in July or things are going to get tight.
    Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18
    Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o

Microwave has gone kaput. I don't use it a lot but do need one so I've found a good make in a sale reduced from £70.00 to £30.00 so that will do. Had a reasonably quiet day yesterday after the trauma of Friday. Just about to go for a walk - exercise has been rubbish,

Haven't been able to get on the exercise bike for a good few days because-long story short-our washing machine broke and I had no clean exercise clothes/sports bras. OH's sister who lives nearby has done a few loads for us in her machine so I can get back on the bike today.
