Have managed a NSD and a healthy day today. Just plodding along to the end of the month. Payday on Thursday or Friday and then off on holiday on Saturday night. Count me in for July's thread - although will have to pro rata to take account of holiday!

I did a double on the bike today, the second round was only an extra 10 minutes but every little helps.

Better day today thank goodness. DH marginally less grumpy.

My friend stayed over last night so we did 6k first thing. Then tried out a ladies boxing class this evening. Hopefully I can get back on track with the weight loss/eating regime.

Money wise I've pretty much given up for the month. I'm keeping track, but it's damage limitation. Hopefully with DH home though I can use up some cupboard stuff as I will be able to timetable meals more easily.

Currently using up a lightly black cauliflower to make a low fat cauliflower and bacon gratin thing for him tomorrow night, and as the oven is on, some Bradan Rost sausage rolls he can eat while we travel down to the hospital tomorrow.
    Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18
    Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o

Council can't get a joiner to put the bathroom back together until next Monday, I was having friends to stay but we've postponed it for a week until I get back to some sort of normality. The whole area is now looking like a building site and someone decided to set the builders' skip alight at 11.00pm on Sunday night. Lots of firemen trying to put it out because it was filled with rubbish and shouldn't have been in it and things were exploding. I seriously don't understand people who do these things.
Anyway, the good news is my cousin's daughter had a beautiful baby boy on Sunday morning. Mother and baby both well and Granny and Grandad both delighted with their first grandchild.
Absolutely pouring down here so I'm having a day of ironing - so exciting.

    Hello,

and sorry for my absence yet again. Here too it's damage control just now. Had quite a few vet bills (will hopefully get back from insurance). I handed in the claim form today after today's visit. Our cat got a tumour in her face and the next visit will be the last unfortunately, but hopefully we still got a wee while with her.

Fitness and eating still going ok but had our last boozie weekend as we're now both in full training/healthy living mode.

Of for a run in the pouring rain at lunch I think.

Loads of catching up reading to do.
